We’ll get you moving with our 6 steps to buying your new home:
Step 1 – Registering your interest The first step is to register your interest in buying a property. You can do this by either phone, email or via the website. It is really important that you give us as much information about the type of property you are looking for, your budget and timescale.
Step 2 – The search begins Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements, we will provide you with a selection of properties that match your criteria. In order to secure a property, we recommend an early viewing.
Step 3 - Viewings It is important to view the properties of your choice at your earliest convenience. All our viewings can be arranged during evenings and weekends at a time to suit you.
Step 4 – Selecting a property Once you have found your ideal property, we will guide you through the buying process and you will be assigned with a dedicated member of staff who will remain your sole contact through to completion.
Step 5 – Exchange of contracts Once the Seller has accepted your offer, you will need to appoint a solicitor to act for you. You will also need to get your finances in order. Our dedicated independent financial advisor can help you with your mortgage requirements and discuss your options in more detail. At this point a survey will take place and your solicitor will arrange exchange of contracts and a moving date is agreed.
Step 6 – Completion Congratulations - Once contracts have been completed you may pick up the keys and move into your new home!
