Let Only – Our tenant introduction is charged at two weeks rent, so if we rent out your property at £600 pcm we would charge you only £300 + VAT

We can also arrange Gas Safety Certificates, EPC’s, inventories, Check in / Check out service.
Rent Collect: charged at £299 + £59 per month.
As above with our Let Only service but we also include rent collection, rent chasing and six month’s rent guarantee insurance as standard. We also take meter readings on check and check out and notify the relevant utilities.
Fully Managed: Charged at £250 + 9%
For complete peace of mind our fully managed service takes away the hassle but still leaves your investment running smoothly

Tenant Selection:
As most of our business is by referral, it is important to us that all our applicants meet our strict referencing criteria. We always credit check, ID check and obtain referencing using a third party company for your peace on mind. On all fully managed properties we also include six months rent guarantee insurance as standard.
We also offer a marketing only service for very experienced Landlords or a bespoke service for Landlords with large portfolios.
