People choose to rent a property for many different reasons. Here at William Charles we pride ourselves on an efficient and friendly service for our tenants. All our lettings team are knowledgeable about the properties we have. At the viewing, you will be given a fee sheet with all the information we require from you going forward if you want to secure the property. If you want to go ahead, you will be required to pay a non-refundable holding fee. This will cover your referencing and will enable us to hold the property for you while we go through the referencing checks.
After you have passed your referencing, you will be supplied with relevant documents such as The Government renting in England booklet, an EPC and a Gas certificate should your property require one.
You will then be sent your contract to sign along with prescribed information regarding your deposit.
Once a move in date has been agreed, we will arrange for an inventory clerk to meet you at the property and check you in.
If during your tenancy you have any maintenance issues and you are managed by us, we have a 24/7 maintenance reporting tool on our website for ease.
